Flexible Rubber Joint (Single Arch) Rubber Expansion Joint

A kind of rubber coupling with good elasticity, high air tightness, good shock absorption and noise reduction effect to be used for pipeline with high pressure and large displacement, easy installation;

Adopt new technology of gas blowing mold, the rubber sphere made of inner & outer rubber layer, Nylon fabric layer and steel wire reinforcing ring; No gaskets required, integral rubber flanged design, Flange adopted according to DIN PN16/10, ANSI 150/250/300 lbs., BS, JIS 10K.

Two end covers type lapped steel expansion joint at both ends are covers, in the cover channel is trapezoidal sealing ring, after the pipe insert into the sleeve, just tighten the connection bolt；Sealing ring without leakage, no welding, easy installation;Consist of two covers, sleeve, two sealing rings and connecting ties. The only difference between SSJA type is that one end of SSJA is cover, the other end is flange;
