Drilling Waste management Screw Conveyor

Drilling waste management system is used for recycling drilling fluids from drilling cuttings to reuse, and minimize the drilling waste to save transport cost. It can reduce the OOC to be 3 %~5% for oil-based drilling cuttings; and for water-based drilling cuttings, it can reduce the water content for each transportation. For a standard drilling waste management unit, it’s usually built with drying shakers, 1 set vertical cutting dryer, 1 set decanter centrifuge, 2 sets screw pump for feeding and flushing decanter centrifuge, 2 or more sets screw conveyor for transporting drilling cuttings, and skid with catching tank for fluids from vertical cutting dryer and telescopic, electric cradle and control system.

SCREW PUMP

G Series Screw Pump, ideally for decanter centrifuge feeding, without shearing and agitating, evenly transfer fluid along axial direction;

The rated discharge pressure increases by the pump grade rising, and each grade rising brings the pressure increase 0.6 MPa;

Stainless steel Shaft and elastomeric stator, rotor and stator replaceable;

Suitable to transfer the fluids of high viscosity with hard suspended particles;

Compact structure, small volume and easy maintenance. Rotor and stator, wearing parts of this pump, are convenient to replace.

Driven by variable speed motor to connect by coupling, V-belts or gearbox

For some applications, horizontal centrifugal pump and submersible slurry pump are requested to feed drilling mud to the decanter centrifuge.

SUBMERSIBLE SLURRY PUMPS

Vertical single stage and single suction centrifugal pump

Semi-open or open impeller equipped with paddle wheel in the impeller suction side extension place;

Vertical explosion-proof motor mounted on the base above the fluid level, coupling connection;

Pump shaft below submerged in the fluid, no bearing, no gland seal;

Suitable for transferring high concentration particles;

The length submerged in the fluid is 800-2500mm on request;

Suction pipe can be equipped if request;

High hard alloy material adopted, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life;

Ideal charging pump for decanter centrifuge, shale shaker, desander, desilter.

SCREW CONVEYOR 

Screw conveyor (Auger) is popular used in drilling waste management projects for transferring drilling cuttings with low-cost;

Adopting a multi-sectional composite structure with each section of 12 feet (3.66m), each section standard length are interchangeable;

The screw conveyor can be flexibly assembled on different drilling sites, with characteristics of simple operation, stable structure, strong adaptability and high safety, significantly improving the operating efficiency of equipment and reducing the cost and resources. The flights of screw conveyer adopt wear-resistant material 16Mn to ensure its service life.

The screw conveyor are manufactured to the highest safety standards and are fitted with protective grating or cover to prevent foreign bodies entering the conveyor system, and the frame at the bottom can protect and support the screw conveyor, ensuring its structural stability.

MUD TANK

Mud Tank, Water Tank and Oil Tank are available;

Square tank and Cone-shaped tank for optional;

Tank body made of the welding corrugated steel plate with two layers rust-proof coating for inner wall and three layer for outer wall;

Brand paint we adopted, marine corrosion-resistant zinc rich epoxy coating and paining;

Tank designed with the collapsible ladders, foot board, two-sided guard rail and water cleaning pipeline, the optional shanty for sun protection;
